Individual memorial to Lord Wellington, Dublin

Dont know what year this was built guys so cant really give any info, around the top part of it are listed all the battles that Wellington served in or commanded, i could only take pics of 2 of them as the light wasnt that good, arould the bottom are huge brass plaques that read India, something in roman numerials but dont know what :oops: , Waterloo and then a dedication to Wellington that readsAsia and Europe saved by thee proclaim invicable in war thy deathless name now round thy brow the civic oak we twine that every earthly glory way be thine
