And, for as long as I have known him, John has always been extremely generous with other enthusiasts, not only with his encyclopaedic knowledge of many facets of military history, but also in demonstrating a very unselfish attitude towards readily copying items in his collection for the enjoyment and benefit of others.

An asset to the team, I've no doubt.
