Found: gaiters for 24th Foot uniform

Can anyone please help....I have been let down by a well known supplier in the purchase of a pair of black leather gaiters for my 24th foot impression (ordered months ago but failed to show) ...they are needed for a multi period show at the end of this month....does any one know where I can find a pair quickly ..any advice or help would be much appreciated.....a very fustrated

Hello Bazzaboy,

I got my gaiters (and all my Slade Wallis leatherwork) from Tom Stemson. They are excellent quality and he can make them faced (lined) or unfaced. At the time I paid £75 + postage for a lined pair. He was then charging £48 for the unfaced.

If I recall correctly I received them a week after he received my cheque so there's a pretty fast turnaround and I hadn't asked for a rush job.

Tommy Stemson...great work fantastic delivery...x1 week from start to finish...i cant praise him enough gaiters now arrived and this completes everything needed for the first show the end of this month...fully recommend this person
