Technical glitch: tool for reporting spam is now back online

I've just tried to report the spam post 'Happiness is a flow of air', but the report function gives an error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/victori3/public_html/report.php on line 228.

Have been trying all afternoon 2pm to 6pm UK trying to see a reply to a post I made earlier about
Sidney Croxson. The post will just not open and was wondering if there was the same reaction over there.

Still getting the php error on line 228 - this time trying to report "Lulu full blast of dry milk artistic photos" by user ccgglhc.

It cleared up later that day, I have no idea what happened, didn't think it was my computer playing up as other
forums were normal as was email and general google search.
