16th Queens Lancers Post 1865 India History??

Hello, I'm trying to find out if the 16th Queens Lancers were involved in any actions post 1865 until they left India. All references I have and web searches have drawn blanks for me. I hope there is something interesting the regiment did during this time, not just soak in the sun! I'm sure this was not the case.
Recently picked up a 16th QL 1853p sword marked to the regiment (scabbard) and the only markings on the sword is on the blade spine, a broad arrow over I


Bottom photo compares a Mole 1853p (L) and the 16QL 1853p sword hilt.

I am interested in finding out who made the sword, the lack of marks do not help. Note the bars are spaced further apart, and the fullers stop 11" from the tip, not 9 1/2" regulation length. The guard is also thinner.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Didn't find anything up to or past 1865 for the 16th QL. Here is an interesting bit of British Empire to read to pg 174.

There was a History published in 1912
History of the Sixteenth, the Queen's Light Dragoons (Lancers), 1759 to 1912 by Colonel Henry Graham. This is available at the British Library, and probably other large libraries.

The FIBIS Fibiwiki has a page "16th (The Queen's) Lancers"

which has a link to a memorial for those who died in India between 1865 and 1876. The numbers aren't particularly large for a ten year (or so) period, so it probably represents deaths due to disease, indicating garrison duty only.

There was more happening on the North West Frontier, but they may have been stationed in the vicinity of Bangalore, where the memorial was, most of the time.

Thanks Maureen, there does not seem to be anything happening with the 16th during their second tour.
However those links are great for listing other regiments in smaller actions. Found the 16th Bengal Lancers but they were a totally different regiment.

Does anyone have any detailed info about the 16th Lancers? Unfortunately the previous links given were good for other regiments but had little for the 16th.
I am still drawing a blank.

The regimental history gives a detailed account of the regiment during this period. There was no action undertaken, the 16th spent their time moving between stations. Trooper
