Just published. "Unicorns" a history of the Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry 1794-1899. Written by Jonathan Hunt, a retired Yeomanry officer who was Honorary Colonel of the Sherwood Rangers, and published by Pen and Sword Military at £35. Well written and readable book which fills a gap in the yeomanry chronicle. Illustrated with photographs and plates and contains a continuous record of the regiment's activities from formation onwards. Well worth purchasing if you are in the least bit interested in the yeomanry. Trooper
