VWF forum milestones... how far we've come since August 2007

The Victorian Wars Forum (VWF) is a new online discussion site which went live on the 10th August 2007. As with many new forums it will take time to get to the attention of those who might be interested.

If you have found this forum and decided to join yourself please do tell others you know about it. The more 'genuinely' interested and like minded people we can attract the more valuable the VWF will become.

I thought it would be nice to have a thread recording forum milestones as and when we achieve them.

At the time of posting The Victorian Wars Forum has reached its first little milestone - 1000 posts!

As of time of posting this message we have now reached 100 members!

I thought you might be interested to know that the Victorian Wars Forum has featured in the February 2010 edition of the BBC's Who Do You Think You Are Magazine!

We were voted number 2 in those listed and gained the "Best For Advice" label.

You will also be pleased to hear that the Anglo-Afghan War website took the number 1 spot being labelled "Best Overall". As many of you will be aware this site is owned by forum member and moderator Garen.
