Need help with British waterbottle identification

Hi all!

My neighbor found in the attic of his house very interesting waterbottle. It is very similar to the english "Mark" model, I had not seen such. Among british waterbottles I could not find anything similar. What are your opinions?

PS I'm not really sure what it is, "the Victorian model," so placed it here

Best regards, Michael

It is similar to the MKV, used between the 2nd Boer war and WWI, though it is not an exact match to others I have seen. There was also an alloy version with the flared mouth that appears for a short time in the same period.
